RunStylist ("we", "our") is currently in a pre-launch, waitlist stage. This page explains what information we collect when you join the waitlist and how we use it.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address
• The source of your signup (e.g. which link or campaign brought you here), used only for internal measurement

We don't collect any other personal data at this stage — there is no app yet, no account, no payment information.

Why we collect it

We use your email address for one purpose only: to let you know when the RunStylist beta is ready and to invite you to try it. We may also send a small number of updates about the product's progress before launch.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your email with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Your data is stored with the following processors, strictly to run this waitlist:

• Supabase — database hosting, where your email is stored
• Vercel — hosting infrastructure for this website

How long we keep it

We keep your email until either the beta invitation has been sent and you've had a chance to respond, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what data we hold about you
• Correct or delete that data
• Remove you from the waitlist

To do so, just email us — see contact details below. If you're in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Vercel Analytics) to understand overall traffic, which does not identify you individually.

Changes to this policy

As RunStylist moves from waitlist to beta to a full product, this policy will be updated to reflect what the app actually does with your data (such as wardrobe photos and workout data). We'll notify waitlist members of any material change.
